Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location within Australia.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

At this time, Catholicos ships within Australia only.

Shipment Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, a tracking number will be included.

Damaged or Lost Items

Catholicos is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@catholicos.com.au so we can assist you.
