Refund & Return Policy

At Catholicos, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt)

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@catholicos.com.au so we can assess the issue and make it right.

We may ask for photos of the item to help resolve the matter quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

For hygiene reasons, certain apparel or personal-use items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn or used.

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
